There is a general belief that market conditions are what ZIM makes them which is laughable Jr. Management is taken from people who are friends with upper management and not a general talent pool. Zim knows it is cheaper to promote within than go to the market and find talent that can actually do the job they are being asked to do. Lastly, upper management is strictly Israeli so if you have desire to work with American management, go elsewhere. This is also a clear indiction about who rises within ZIM
