Pros

You’ll learn a lot working with seasoned colleagues and engineers, earn at least average pay, and, if you’re lucky, find a few remaining mid and senior leaders who are genuine mentors.

Cons

Strategic direction changes (what feels like) weekly, lost roles, including ELT are never filled, communication is a wall, growth opportunities are limited and simply put unpaid, management is outdated and hierarchical, and roles are unclear and inconsistent.

- Some good managers - Good PTO - Office located in central Denver - Flexible Hybrid work policy

Cons

- Pay is not very competitive, especially for rising costs in Denver area - A thankless job - Professional growth is not matched by compensation - Company culture has gone down hill big time.
