Unlimited PTO, Meaningful Work, Small teams

Cons

Poor Training (Most likely have to rely on a willing teammate to answer your questions). Training is mainly on sales, even if you won't be selling. Not pointless, but not that important to the position at the time. Onboarding training should be on policies and processes, not just how to sell. Also not very racially diverse if thats something that matterrs to you.
