      Challenging work, but proven growth and results

      Pros

      Solid, stable company. Great future outlook. Challenging and rewarding. Company maintains a level of "nimbleness" and a "start-up" mentality, even with the current size. Great, hard-working people who are generally always willing to help. Good focus on all business metrics to ensure the company, as a whole, is on its game.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get the work/life balance figured out as the job is demanding. Constant change can be a difficult adjustment for someone used to a more-stable, established environment, though the amount of change is reducing.

      Pros

      The people in the London office are solid and hard working individuals

      Cons

      Office politics from senior management and the US almost disregard the people working on the ground. One dimensional company, poor leadership, not customer focused. Very little motivation, or incentive from management. Little or no appreciation from senior management

      Pros

      Plenty of work to go around...won't get bored Opportunity for advancement Work remotely Bonuses are better than any other telecom that I know of.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much work for current headcount No pay raises No 401K match Some people are complaining of the work load. While it is a lot I have worked for other telecoms that are headed south fast (most of them are) and I would rather have plenty of work then always waiting for the next layoff call. There are always people upset if the company they work for gets bought out. Obviously not everyone keeps their jobs in these situations and that is sad but Zayo is a fast growing company and if you keep at it there is plenty of room for advancement. Most of the people I know have had some type of promotion in the last year.
