Worst mistake of my sales career

Holiday party, co-workers, benefits, free coffee and snacks

Cons

Unskilled leadership who are ruthless and do not value employees. Not enough leads for all sales reps to survive. Dwindling business and recycling of leads from many years ago. No room for advancement. They hire from outside of the company. Leadership in sales department is misogynistic and belittles employees. Bullying and discrimination is common place. This is a glorified call center. Not for a seasoned sales representative. I'm surprised the chains haven't been put on the doors of this organization. Very shady. You do not want this to appear on your resume.

Decent benefits. Not cheap but decent. Nice holiday party

Management especially middle management like directors and team leaders Zelis isn’t a bad place to work but management makes it a cancerous environment with their lies, empty promises, nepotism and narcissism. Lack of business acumen, morals and integrity result in no respect from employees to management. No appreciation for employees. Not sure who is getting paid to say differently in reviews because if you were to speak to the sales reps they would tell you the opposite. Now room for growth. If they replace management in certain departments they would have much lower employee attrition and much greater dedication from the employees. Sales has a very negative toxic environment thanks to management Pick any other department

Shift flexibility. Home and work balance. Ability to work as a team and individually. Overall ok place to be employed at.

Cons

Wouldn't refer anyone to work here. Not the worst place to work for but it sure isn't the best place to work for.
