Unbelievable culture. The company puts people first and truly values employee feedback. If you have an idea that will drive improvements the company will listen and assist with bringing your ideas to life.

Cons

Multi platform use can create challenges from a management perspective but the company is actively working to solve this.

Pros

The best thing about Zelis are the people you work with. The work is engaging and is helping people know more about the healthcare they need.

Cons

Top management does a poor job of communicating with the rest of the company. The last couple of years there have been layoffs and it is unpredictable as to who is selected to be laid off. They do not seek input from the actual managers. The decisions are made by top management who do not actually work with the people selected. Advancement is limited. You need to wait for someone to leave for an opportunity to move up.
