There are none! I cant say 1 nice thing other then there a few nice people.

Cons

Very hostile place, very disrespectful to the minority population within. Leadership only hires women and personal friends. If you took a pole of all current employees they all would say ZELIS PAYMENTS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK IN CLEARWATER and I have lived and worked here for over 12 years.

Good Healthcare benefits if you truly understand actual healthcare vs a plan which ends up being useless. Nice people, work environment, work place benefits.

Cons

PCs, use of working technology and minimum staffing needed to meet incredible company growth is severely lacking.

Some great people work here who have much potential!

Cons

The culture of this company is horrible. The CEO is worthless and there is a complete lack of processes and policies. Managers take decisions based on heir whims and fancies and expect their subordinates to follow them blindly. HR in particular is completely discombobulated. The CEO is a narcissistic sociopath who has tendencies of showing ADD.
