Need to Improve Transparency, 401(k), and Overall Communication

Great people to work alongside. Pay is fairly decent. Good benefits. Company activities. Volunteerism encouraged.

Cons

No 401(k) match at all. Management does not always share what's going on with the company. A lot of disorder at the top -- people let go after being there for a short period of time.

Friendly people, great time off, flexible work hours, good benefits, great work like, ect.

Cons

No room to move up, unresponsive upper management, and towards the end of my time there, there was a lack of communication and little to no work.

Disastrous management. Founder infighting. Nepotism at the highest levels. clients leaving to do lack of product and service delivery. Only focused on growth at any cost. Extremely high turnover and burnout rate.
