Pros

Target market and product objectives align, a few strategic accounts already in place.

Cons

Management is so busy trying to keep customers that there is very little oversight. Core group of middle mgmt employees treat each other and customers poorly.

Pros

Healthcare benefit paid by company for employees. Some really great people used to work there.

Cons

401k match is a joke ($500). Sales promises things that development then has to rush to create. CTO cares more about "going fast" than about making sure the product works. CEO clearly cares only about numbers, not about employees. The company will burn people out and then say "if they wanted to leave, then we didn't want them."
