Pros

Ability to earn $200K+ , Great Training Program, Friendly Work Environment, very nice office, onsite gym, food deliveries, flexible hours, not micro managed, work hard/play hard mentality, company takes care of their people and is a fun place to work.

Cons

Requires working late some nights, and some weekend hours. However those times seem to be when I have the best luck making contact and therefore money.

Making money requires getting in good with the right people( aka Management) - management Plays Favorites and Shuffle the Best accounts to the Anointed ones
