Terrible system implementation, coming out of spin-off. Issues just snowball, but no concrete plan on recovery. No direction from manager / leadership.

Motion preservation!!! The products are amazing and employees are professional and determined to create the company of their vision. There are fewer layers of management than at Zimmer Biomet, which gives employees more learning opportunities, opportunities to interact with upper management in a meaningful manner, and opportunities to shine. They are driven to turn things around and fix systemic issues caused by Zimmer Biomet not paying attention to these businesses for many years.

Cons

Not a con, just a note that ZimVie needs the drive to overcome the the red tape, big company culture and issues created by past Zimmer Biomet missteps.
