I am new to the new company and have been loving it so far. Everyone has been very welcoming, team-oriented, and open about their experience at ZimVie and their expectations. There has been a great work-life balance, great benefits, and I love that I am able to exemplify my skillset and learn at the same time.

Executive leadership is not creating a destination workplace. Way too many priorities with the ELT only concerned about building a C-Suite as opposed to supporting the people.
