Pros

-Several new products released with proven data to support customer ROI. -New business model and pricing is making it much easier and faster to get deals done. -New management team and compensation plan - New customer self service portals enables the customers to have real time control - 2022 business outlook is probably the best it's ever been for the company

Cons

-The new products and pricing has generated more sales than operations was ready for. - Hiring for new positions is slow due to market conditions - Past tech and hardware had issues, which requires market education how things have changed - Compensation was a con, but has recently improved. Benefits are ok. market norm.

A company that had potential but wasted everything

Pros

- A really interesting technology stack (hardware to software). There's a lot to choose from. - Work is mostly fun and interesting - I made some really good friends here and mostly enjoyed the team I was on.

Cons

- They can't hold onto a CEO. Probably because the way the business is run is a disaster. - Certain executives are incredibly toxic and poisonous for the company. I firmly believe these individuals single-handedly destroy the company. - Development teams are not empowered. Company refuses to change their process to make things run smoother. - The company frequently has employee surveys but ignores the data each and every single time. Lots of lip service but no action. - Compensation is not competitive.
