Pros

Management is very open and communicates company happenings very well. Great people throughout the company. Good outlook and aggressively growing, and expanding market share.

Cons

Currently trying to figure out how to transition from being a single customer service type company to a leader in the product market space with a growing customer base of hundreds of thousands devices to maintain comes with some growing pains.
