Pros

An outstanding team of people committed to a common goal who all work well together. An exciting product making waves in the marketplace and headlines in the media.

Cons

Just growing pains! Like any successful young company in high growth mode, there are scaling issues. Luckily we have the right people to tackle them head on.

Pros

- Depending on team, things are very flexible - People value your opinions and expertise and care about change - Openness to trying new technology and adapting new process - QA department is competent and nice to work with. - Everyone generally gets along and there are very few people that you won't enjoy working with

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Overtime is unfortunately common - Achievements go unnoticed. You will get "Thank you" emails from management but all they do is talk. - Very little room for growth. And if you do get a promotion, don't expect a pay raise with it. - Management is very unorganized and pressure engineers on a daily basis

Pros

Fast growing company. People are generally nice. Location avoids heavy traffic area. Free gym.

Cons

Politics does exist. It's a growing small company, which means you have to work long hours. No compensation for OT. Generally overwork/contribution go unnoticed/unappreciated. Management team responds to requests/emails very very slow.
