HAVING A BLAST!

Pros

The organization is striving to achieve exceptional things. There are challenges present in any growing organization, but they seem prepared (and ABLE) to make adjustments. Leadership demonstrates genuine concern for the employees, and the culture is fun! There's work to get done ... no mistaking that. It's great to see an organization with lofty goals. They have improved compensation and benefits in the short time I have been present, which is exceptional!

Cons

The evolution can be slow and difficult to watch at times, especially if you're waiting on a change. Communication channels need to mature, and the vision needs to be better communicated. Set times for the teams to share strategy and direction. Too much of the work is accomplished "throwing stuff over the wall". Coalescing the effort may improve productivity.

Pros

Awesome product. Awesome team. Awesome culture.

Cons

Created the marketplace. Leading by a Longshot and learning from ourselves. No others in the marketplace to learn from.

Good, not great.

Pros

Everyone seems to love to be there and be passionate about the company and what they do. It's growing so quickly. Constantly hiring and never any backfill hiring. Great technology and as technology goes, I'm sure it will only get better and better.

Cons

Very unorganized. No processes in place in any department. They don't share the org chart outside of HR (which is complete nonsense!!) so you don't get the opportunity to learn who people are and their roles. There is no training at all. If you're going to hire people with no technology experience or expertise, you should train them on your technology and how it works from the backend. No work-life balance. Leadership is always working and expect you to do the same.
