      Mostly remote meetings, potential for good money

      Cons

      Company treats its salespeople terribly and lies about having a "career development path" to keep burned out employees hanging on. 85% of sales reps weren't meeting their quotas but leadership refused to listen because they didn't seem to care if they succeeded or failed or not

      Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      They will work you overtime, throughout the weekends, and surprise you with demands at the last minute. If you want to live and breathe Ziply go for it. If you want a life outside of Ziply save yourself and find somewhere else to work.

      Hardly any pros for working here.

      Cons

      Decisions get changed rapidly, managers make you question everything and to a point you get impostor syndrome. Mangers will play favorites, and only come to you to point out mistakes.
