Pros

Extremely tight knit group of employees across Dallas, Boston, and Florida. If you see a current or former Zix employee on LinkedIn, they will have VERY positive things to say about the product and the Zix team.

Cons

After the acquisition of Zix by OpenText, most of the team was broken up or many left voluntarily. Zix is still an industry leading email encryption solution used by organizations of all sizes, but having the ability to make quota on just selling Zix is no longer possible at OpenText.
