Pros

Not many pros with the Zix side of things. However, the companies they acquired had top-notch talent and quality humans.

Cons

The perception at Zix was, if you aren't in the old boys' club, you won't be there long. The C-suite though very highly of themselves, and very little of those working under them. The culture was extremely toxic and they did very little to fix it.
