Pros

Small Company feel with big clients. Good visibility to customer needs. Some great folks do work there.

Cons

Petty and Political in-fighting at leadership leads to unworkable daily work. Do not trust management: it is amoral.

Pros

It is a pay check with a mediocre Benefits package. 401K is mediocre as well - match 3% of the first 5%.

Cons

Medical out of pocket is $431/ bi-weekly. Very unprofessional environment to work in. Employees are on the edge all the time and snap at each other. Managers do not know how to run a company, except for a couple of them. Would ask to travel internationally for long periods of time on a day's notice. They hire in loads and then people off at moment’s notice.
