Pros

Lots of free food ... office is like a frat house. All young white males.

Cons

You make no commission in SLED. If you get SMB, you'll make the commission you were promised. The only way to make money in SLED is SPIFFs which are unrealistic. Expect to make your base pay and not much more.

Pros

Great co-workers. It is expanding day and night. Great management. Tight-Competition. Higher Management understands and cares for their employees. Management acknowledges your potential. Moved from NYC to join this company and has been employed with Zones for more than 2 years now. I can tell you that I made a good decision. This company has changed my life.

Cons

You never get feedback when you refer somebody. You keep emailing on the status and no response.

Pros

If you are successful, you can do almost anything that you would like. Top 10% can earn six figures.

Cons

The system is flawed. Too many people that don't care about the client screw up orders and do not have any accountability. Management has too much to fix and is usually reactive instead of proactive.
