Where to start...Company doesn't have the warehousing capabilities of their competition so they can't stock items at a discount and compete for commodity business. But we also don't have a services team that would allow us to fulfill on infrastructure opportunities. So the only piece remaining is Software and rumor is we won't be able to sell Microsoft licensing after June. So what's left to sell and sell competitively? I think the company is trying to figure out who they are and what they do..20 years later.

This company will do anything to waste your time. If you're new at sales, this is the worst place you can possible start your career. I was one the top sales men every month at that company and the only thing that mattered to middle management was the damn dials and talk time. WHO CARES if you're making sales!? It got to the point where everyone and there moms were fake dialing numbers to get management to get off there back. Also, they treated everyone on the floor like children that can't manage themselves what so ever. Never been Micro Managed that much in my life.
