Adherence to process continues to stifle creativity and ability to "think outside the box"; very slow responses form internal teams; horrific expense policy;

Pros

The office has a nice view of downtown. People you work with are good people. Free breakfast and lunch once in a while.

Cons

Management has no structured plan, top level seems to have even more of a disconnect. Company cares less about employee sales and morale and more about the amount of dials you make. You are their dial monkey. High performers aren't given any raises, no growth possibilities within office and salary is way below standard.

The co-workers & environment. It was a fun place to work because of the nice people in the office that were kind and worked hard.

Cons

Upper management driving the company into the ground. Also quit training the sales staff that has been there for over a year how to sell unless they ask for it! Quit wasting their time and let them do their job cold calling and/or farming. Flying a whole department to Seattle to make a presentation to peers and VPs is not only a HUGE waste of time but its also a titanic waste of money! Plus its embarrassing and demoralizing for the employees. But it IS a great way for a certain person that ordered this to stroke their ego. Thankfully they left in February.
