      If I talk about salary package, it is good.

      Cons

      Lots of 1. Management is not good for Zones India. They do create their own rule. 2. Sr. member (whosoever working last 5-6 years) are not good in behavior. They use abusive language on the floor to show the others that they are the only one who are thinking about the company's growth. Sometimes they behave like that, they are running ZONES's business. 3. Administration and management is frustrating. Pathetic HR policies 4. Disjointed company strategy, lack of cooperation and communication between employee and management.

      I have been with Zones for a number of years working remotely . The company has experienced significant growth, an abundance of technology training

      Cons

      Dedicated ISR's for enterprise accounts are non existent for low margin producing accounts which makes it difficult to build accounts and new business as SLA's are not being met thus causing you to spent alot of time doing administrative work putting in a significant amount of hours. Compensation plan is dismal, base salary is forfeited when you reach a gross margin plateau CRM is awful, dirty data, obsolete leads and accounts . Brand Recognition in the marketplace is zero.. Sales teams across the company do not work together for the best interest of the customer. Resources such as SA's and Expert connect are in high demand and understaffed

      The pay is good anywhere 25-35 p/h very log hours. 10 to 14 hours per day...so expect Over Time.

      Cons

      Company hire you for short period of contract......so must be flexible on there schedule. Work 3 o 4 weeks and then 2 o 3 weeks OFF
