      - high growth company in a high growth industry -- the company is constantly transforming, providing new experiences to learn and grow - start up mentality provides opportunities to do meaningful work and feel like you have made a difference - team oriented culture

      Great starter job, with alot of opportunity for growth in several paths

      Cons

      No real leaders, most of management are AE's from CDW or Seattle office. No real need for the Chicago office, cause you share territories with at least 3 of your own teams. No established culture there just micro managing.
