      Convenient to shopping and highway.

      Cons

      Management, executives and policies are experts at demoralizing and burning out staff. They use the words like "team" to sound good, but they carve out individuals, and degrade people publicly. There also seems to be a smug attitude towards racial profiling.

      Training, Incentives, Product knowledge, Opportunity to receive Certification in several IT and other related categories, fun environment with team orientated activities to bring up morale along with commendatory among colleagues.

      Cons

      Process and procedure can be improved. Marketing and leads generated were time consuming and account executives were/ are taking valuable time to qualify leads to validate them.
