Zones reviews

Poorly uneducated management, churn and burn, glorified call center, little to no opportunity for advancement. If you are ambitious and looking to build a real career in sales this is not the place for you. The experience you gain will prove pointless as the last thing a competitor wants is to see that you worked at Zones Inc. Also its interesting that the positive reviews come from a Chicago employee that worked with the company for over a year but the office have been opened for less than a year.

I could ramble on for hours but let's just hit a few so you get the idea. No transparency...you will get swindled out of margin and spiffs. don't even try to ruffle any feathers if you want to keep your job. Clueless executive management, I'm talking VP, CEO level. The Toms are a couple stooges who play favorites. No raises. I worked here at Zones for over 3 years and never go a raise, not even for inflation. Systems are a joke, AX/ZAC NEVER work. You can't even do your job. Other departments will throw you under the bus, zero accountability. Poor benefits, terrible compensation/commission structure. ISR's only get 1% - what a joke! Did I mention the pay sucked?
