Pros

Nice location and office. Free lunch and happy hours sometimes. Cool partner fairs.

Cons

EVERYTHING. The only job I've ever worked where everyone in the office was seeking other employment options. The turnover rate is terrible. If you're looking for a job for a few months, this will work. But if you have actual responsibilities and are looking to earn money this is not the place for you. Low base, and literally the worst commission structure you will ever come across. I'm pretty sure HR makes more money than most Account Executives. They tell you about all of the ways to earn commission, but in actuality you're just earning money for the company and not yourself. 3 month training which can be extremely dreadful. Micromanagement at its finest.

Pros

Good fellow co-workers and office location

Cons

Worse departments are Sales and Marketing. Clicks and immature workers. There are some real standing problems with the legacy management, micro-management and no clear direction on the companies growth because the strategy changes often. You will not be able to make decisions because the legacy management does not give you a voice or responsibility. This company will suck the life out of you with minimal pay, high cost of health benefits and no bonuses unless your in the top tier management and sales.

Pros

Traffic isn't bad to Auburn. Huge Sales organization with a lot of opportunities to make a lot of money. Gym in-house.

Cons

-Several VPs have the emotional control of a 3-year old. It is not uncommon for a VP to haul everyone into his office to throw a tantrum - lots of yelling and name calling. - Advancement within the organization is extremely limited. Management does not trust employees and will not promote from within. All outside perspectives are valued over the observations and experience of existing employees. -The HR department is a joke. Confidentiality is nonexistent. Don't bother reporting anything - nothing ever comes of it and the person you report will know you reported them. - Benefits are terrible. The health plan is basically catastrophic coverage only. - Very management top-heavy. Everyone's a VP. - Working from home is not allowed in many groups because management doesn't trust their employees
