      Pros

      - Caring CEO - Collaborative colleagues - Culture is superb Action speaks louder than words. There are a few equity related programs which are super amazing. Zoom cares about employees and take our feedback seriously.

      Cons

      Overly caring - Does not encourage Zoomies to gather. Zoom does not allow managers to expense team meals or drinks due to Covid - 19. The old finance policy is due for a review.

      No work life balance. Crazy work culture. No prioritization of work. No career growth.

      Pros

      Respectful management that listens and constantly looks for ways to support, elevate, and promote staff. A company built on trust that gives you space to make your own decisions and balance work/life as you need to.

      Cons

      I've noticed that some colleagues forget to be grateful for the culture and amazing benefits, and will complain that every little thing isn't 100% perfect rather than being grateful for the things that are so much better than most other places to work.
