Cons
Zoom used to have a great culture, but they hired extremely bad management and have created a very tonic culture. They were a company that cared about their employees, now they just want to cast blame and target employees they want to get rid of because of personal vendettas they don't put people in a position to thrive or treat them like people. There's a few small groups that are good but upper management just wants to cast blame and rule by fear. they literally said "if you don't like the management style leave" not "oh that sounds tonic that should be fixed" They care more about their managers than the techs who keep things running. I was doing the work of 4 people for almost a year and doing 14 hour days 7 days a week. No such thing as work life balance here... Everything Eric said and promised was a lie. oh and you try to stand up and say "I'm not implementing this because of security vulnerabilities" they punish you for it.
