Zoom listens to its employees. Zoom's CEO, Eric Yuan, encourages employee questions, concerns, complaints etc to be addressed in each all-hands. Excellent workspaces that meet the needs of a wide range of work-style preferences. Open floors, cubicles, large conference rooms, small conference rooms, wellness room (not for work, but for meditation, relaxation). Company-provided lunches Excellent benefits

Cons

Any "cons" I could share pale in comparison to the mountain of "pros". It'd be petty to even raise them. Bottom line: Zoom does a great job taking care of its employees.
