Best CEO, ever. Collaborative culture of professionals with mutual respect for one another even in the most challenging times. Only company, in nearly 35 years of employment, that actually demonstrates and actively supports in-action...the Core Values! Most stable product ever, scales wonderfully, and is ADORED by our customers!

Cons

Growing Pains. Time offset with globally distributed teams. Career Path is nebulous, there are opportunities, but how to go from A->B is not clearly defined as a process (once again, growing pain).

Pros

Zoom is a fantastic organization overall. The CEO is literally the best and most caring person I've ever met, and he's genuine. While the company is growing it's structure the culture makes it the best company in the world to work for.

Cons

Culture is the biggest part of our company and doing the right thing really does matter to everyone. The company has hired some leaders that just don't fit that culture, but they do a good job faking it to your face. The upside on this is the CEO, Eric, is extremely transparent and makes sure that any questionable things get resolved.

With a new office, there is an opportunity to make it unique to Alpharetta while continuing the Zoom culture. Coming to work is always nice because everyone is friendly and since the office is growing, there are always new people starting.

Cons

Since HQ is on Pacific time, sometimes you have to wait to complete certain tasks.
