Pros

Steady job with consistent growth and clear job responsibilities

Cons

Still acts like a startup sometimes in the respect that executive team will decide to roll out something on a Monday that will go GA by that Friday with no public documentation and limited time to communicate to customers.

Pros

- Leaving (on my own!) - The book reimbursement program? Does that count? They took away the peer-to-peer program so? Reward yourself with a book! - Working remote so you never have to actually see the San Jose Monsters in person. Oh wait - nevermind, they make you come in now (crazy for a product that was built on remote work - and people dying during COVID!)

Cons

- Just about everything you can think of - bad pay, long hours, personal attacks and insults, zero company backing. - Benefits have decreased each year, while Eric Yuan's pockets have been increasingly lined. - The company makes "partnerships" to hide money in - such as paying employees in Walmart gift cards. - No time off around the holidays. - Definitely some "shady" trading activity in their RSU program from COVID times
