      perks that were given during the pandemic

      Cons

      removed most perks, no pay increases, 12 - 14 hour days because working with overseas. No Appreciation for hard work. Expected to continue working like a robot

      Good Product - Poor Sales Leadership

      Pros

      The product is fantastic and we work with some amazing customers. If you're a self starter you do have a lot of autonomy in the sales process. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      The culture is quickly shifting and the company's neglect of its vale to 'care' for employees is rapidly waning. Leadership on the sales side is not transparent, will promise improvements and not deliver, and their response to feedback and the increasing employee turnover is to simply send out survey after survey with no action. There is also virtually no 'clear path' for upward mobility, even for top performers.

      A sinking ship

      Benefits are just ok. work life balance is just ok too.

      Cons

      - A fast sinking ship, as reflected from the stock price. - Employees are very unhappy and within the first month of 2022, over 10 people left within our org of around 100 people. Looks like leadership is feeling sorry but is not doing anything about it. - No product innovation or hope. - Leadership and execution are very weak.
