      Utter chaos, disrespectful CEO

      Pros

      People that work there are very nice, not always the smartest, but nice.

      Cons

      - The CEO does not like feedback, does his own thing, considers employees replaceable and has said it to their faces during townhalls. - Zero processes internally, very unorganized - Obsessed with competitors, and only want to "beat them" to the next big product release, whether its properly tested or not.

      Remote: Allow employee to remote work if they are far from the CA office

      Cons

      Long working hours: US developers have to collaborate with China developers, which means you have to work every evening, Mon to Fri. Burnout: Too many tasks No innovation: Lots of features requirements are sort of joke, and even internal employees do not use it at all. Career Path: No path at all!

      - Great environment to learn, challenge, and develop your skillsets - Brilliant people within the org, leading the charge on the next solution to further that customer exp & journey - If you do it right, crush your quota consistently, commissions are very lucrative

      Cons

      - We lost that family "caring" feel when more external leadership and management came in - Everything became more rigid and focused on hitting x-targets vs. caring about the person
