Pros

Remote work options & RSU is the only thing that comes to mind.

Cons

At Zoom, the work environment is marred by significant organizational challenges, including a lack of clear structure, changes in the organization that make the work more difficult, constant layoffs, minimal career advancement opportunities, and poor work-life balance. Support leadership is incompetent, creating a dysfunctional workplace where team collaboration is minimal, forcing employees to independently navigate their roles without proper guidance or support. As of lately the micromanagement has been getting worse too.
