      Zoom is not keeping up with the number of new hires causing dysfunction in processes

      Pros

      Good benefits, good culture, on paper, Zoom tries hard to support its employees. Hires very qualified people. Good communications from CEO.

      Cons

      Over the past 18 months Zoom has tried to keep up with explosive growth. So far the dust has yet to settle and it is very disorganized and confusing for recent hires who are trying to acclimate to a system that is broken .

      Zoom was the perfect company. Eric is amazing and so are most of the people here. The product is amazing and people love it.

      Cons

      The new sales leadership is taking Zoom down a bad path and its one that is probably going to result in drastic turnover of longstanding employees after the coronavirus issues end.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, Great culture, wonderful leadership, free lunch 4 days a week, ability to work from home, free clothes, really nice office, great co-workers, fun parties, AMAZING benefits! Too many to list!

      Cons

      I'm really struggling to find any complaints. Any complaints that I have are either due to my own failures to accomplish things (salary negotiations) or issues with humanity as a whole (More women needed in IT industry). I know that Zoom is actively doing their best to improve things. I can't fault them that things aren't perfect because I know they are trying. I can't think of a single complaint when it comes to working for Zoom. I like the work and I love Zoom customers. It's really a fun place to be.
