Working for Zoom is the best choice I've made in years. Within a week of being hired I had support for troubled times coming in from people I'd never met from offices all around the world. The energy here is incredible, the leadership keeps us all motivated and fired up, and the people legitimately go out of their way to make you feel at home. We even have a Chief Happiness Officer in charge of keeping us in the right place! If you see an opening, definitely jump on it.

Cons

Nothing really. Sometimes the coffee isn't that great. But that got brought up at an all-hands and they're working on it.
