Pros

Great reputation, depending on team there are amazing people to work with.

Cons

Volatility, c level transparency, constant offshoring of jobs and layoffs, constant reduction in benefits, change in RSU's to performance based RSU's, bonus to target bonus, 401K is 1%, benefits changes a nightmare.

Pros

Great perks: Remote, free books, medical, dental, VISION, cell phone reimbursement. Limited travel (unless upmarket or in channel), free coworking membership nationwide

Cons

Very lean company. Minimal U.S. offices. Remote work can feel disconnected because there isn’t much effort or priority to include remote teams in company events due to limited/no travel budget. Movement to advance is VERY limited because of constant reorganizing and team shuffling (occurs 1-3 times per year).
