      Pros

      Amazing culture and people, incredible leadership (especially our CEO), a lot of opportunity to collaborate with leadership and make an impact, catered lunches and other perks. The product is really strong, customers rave about it and it's a great feeling to be proud of your product. The company is growing and seeing a tremendous amount of success.

      Cons

      Salaries are not the most competitive in the Bay Area, opportunities for promotion can be scarce, limited remote flexibility. These could change soon but so far no 401k matching and limited PTO

      There are many reasons why Zoom is an exceptional company, from the product and vision of its incredible founder to the well-organized training and on-going support provided. I love being at Zoom because the company is full of life and energy (much like a start-up), which is one of the reasons contributing to our success and growth. But the biggest factor for why Zoom so unique is because of the amazing motto we live and work by daily: delivering happiness to our customers. All of the reviews on Glassdoor that state how awesome Zoom's culture is are 110% accurate and reflective of what it is like to work with the most supportive, intelligent, humble, charismatic, customer-centric, and driven workforces around. The sky is the limit for some companies, but at Zoom, we are reaching for the stars and getting closer every day!

      Processes change on a regular basis, but it is because we are routinely improving operational efficiency and seeking better workflows/systems to make everyone more productive.
