Pros
INCREDIBLE product that customers adore. Zoom works every time with amazing quality and is the clear leader in the space. Pound for pound, Zoom has the most talented people I've ever worked with. Best part is, the culture of sharing knowledge and mentorship to new blood is genuine and far surpassed any experience I had previously. There is a selflessness about teamwork here that doesn't exist anywhere else I've worked. I feel excited to come to work every day. Our CEO and President always keep their doors open to us...they listen and take care of the employees here very well. Our roadmap is largely defined by our customers and their feature requests, so happy customers make for happy employees!
