      Pros

      I thought that I had had jobs in the past where the company really cared about its employees - but after working at Zoom my outlook on that completely changed! They truly want you to succeed and you are given everything at your disposal to help you do so. The people and the culture really make this a place that you look forward to going into work every day. I truly feel so blessed to have found this company!

      Pros

      This is a company who cares about their employees. On top of that, there are so many opportunities for growth along with the company. The company culture is very open where anyone who has any ideas on how things can improve will be heard. I've had hour long conversations with our software engineers on new application feature ideas that I've had, and my role at the company has absolutely nothing to do with software development. This company cares. Eric Yuan, the CEO, makes sure to seek out new ideas from his employees and is always very gracious when employees show dedication to the company. I wouldn't want to be working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Long hours. Don't come to work for Zoom unless you believe in this company. You can expect some very long days and weekends every now and then.
