      There is no where else I'd rather be

      Pros

      Amazing culture. I have been at Zoom for almost 4 years now and I can tell you that there is no where else I would rather be. My CEO has the biggest heart and truly cares for his employees. He's a first time CEO but his mentors have really help guide him when needed. He has built the best engineering team which separates us from our competitors. We have risen to a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and because our software is better than our competitors it makes selling easy and thus I can't complain about comp.

      Cons

      Since we are growing so rapidly we are building new processes. Not everyone always agrees with the new processes but if this is the only thing I can complain about leadership must be doing something right!

      Pros

      Start from the top down at Zoom and what you get is an organization that is truly passionate about "delivering happiness" to its customers, both inside and outside the company walls. I've had the privilege of working for a handful of good companies, but this company and its culture take the cake. Furthermore, the product is simply phenomenal and the passion it brings out of me has LITERALLY changed my life. Nope, we're not a cult...we're Zoom!

      Cons

      Nothing outside of some typical "startup" growing-pains. Processes can seem to change overnight, however, every change has been a result of the failure of a certain way of doing things, and the desire to fix things and make them better.

      - Leadership team which is passionate about the industry and has done this before. - Technology that is disrupting the market in a major way. - User base grows exponentially every day and is fanatical about how great the product is

      Cons

      Having to remember all the new hires' names as we continue to grow so fast. Seriously, Zoom is an amazing place to work.
