      - culture is unlike anywhere else. Happiness means something here. Employees can talk freely about issues they are facing without fear of backlash - great benefits and stock options (RSU's) - learn a ton about a growing industry

      - no 401k matching -limited promotion growth potential into different departments or leadership

      health benefits, including lyra, food/grocery delivery monthly reimbursement etc. can be laid back if you already know what to do HR and customer success teams are responsive

      Cons

      poor work life balance due to international teams communication barriers if you only speak English poor documentation (see above point) teams are often new and takes a lot of time to ramp up projects no 401k matching
