      Pros

      I've worked at Zoom for 1 year now. Zoom really cares about their employees. I love working for a very fast paced company who is always releasing new features and growing their product. I can honestly say Zoom has been the best job I've had.

      Cons

      With fast growth in sales and product s doesn't always mean our processes and procedures stay up to date. I don't always know where to go for things.

      Became too corporate, no longer felt like your voice was being heard. Employees needs were put behind investors and top executives. Maybe that’s to be expected in public companies?

      Amazing stock options Fantastic work-life balance Great benefits overall

      External hiring taking precedence over internal hires External hires receiving much higher salary (Sometimes $12,000 + more than current hires) -- The excuse is equity, but with a bombing stock from nearly $600 down to roughly $100, you cannot eat stocks for dinner.
