Pros

There are many, many GREAT individuals who have been at Zoom for a substantially long time. For the most part, everyone is low-key, smart, and easy to work with.

Cons

Return to Office being mandated for a company whose entire consumer product focuses on improving communication and collaboration between remote colleagues? Tone-deaf Head of HR did an interview speaking about this from their HOME office where they also mention that THEY work best remotely, and will continue to do so while the rest of the peasants cannot have that same luxury afforded to them. Why even say anything?! CEO was distant from the everyday and completely inaccessible to his team a majority of the time. The long-term CFO departed from the company in November 2024, and that was a BIG loss for Zoom, as she did a lot of media and investor relations. The rest of the C-Suite come off as self-focused, and driven by financial greed if nothing else.
