      Benefits are decreasing every year

      Still few benefits are remaining to remove 😅

      Cons

      For every 3 months they come with some random mail informing that they are going to discontinue some benefit from now by saying they are doing this for cost savings. Yet layoffs still happens silently under the mask of restructuring.
