Pros

Meaningful mission to provide health care where and when our patients need it most. Work life balance is fantastic. The organization takes significant strides to be transparent and listen to feedback from all but especially our clinic teams. No charting from home for providers.

Cons

We are moving fast and adding new functionality and services. With that pace we don't always get it right and the amount of changes at times can be daunting, but the level of support from our peers and leadership combined with the knowledge that we are focus on the right things helps significantly during those cycles
