Pros

I liked working in the health field. It was good to work with providers on a one on one basis and understand how a medical clinic is run. The other associates were great people and very helpful.

Cons

You are expected to do EVERYTHING for not enough money. There was little to no communication from upper level staff. The providers could be very rude. You are very much overworked with little support from anyone with too many responsibilities. I worked 9 days in a row, each day was more than 10 hours. This was not by choice. I did not have a home clinic even after I requested one numerous times and I was treated like crap by management. There is a high level of turnover there with both associates and staff. I wouldn't recommend this place of employment to anyone.

Pros

Great entry level experience to healthcare. Willing to train on new skills. Opportunities for advancement. Fairly easy to get time off. Supportive management.

Cons

11-hr shifts can be draining, no breaks (agreed upon at hiring), unpaid required on-call shifts. Open on holidays/weekends. must pay for all up to date vaccines out of pocket.

Pros

ZoomCare listens to its employees and cherishes them, and goes to incredible lengths to create a healthy work environment. Every year working at ZoomCare gets better and better. The providers have more influence on the company than any place I know. ZoomCare created its own educational system and clinical support system to provide the best tools to its providers.

Cons
