      Worst management (people management)

      Nothing to tell about them at present.

      Everything... I would say no to join this company. Management gives lot of commitments when you join but not even HR will be with you when you reach them with concerns. People management by supervisor and manager are damn worst, they will treat you as material. As they wish they will change your shift timings, supervisor not having people handling experience and he don't knw what and how the shifts to be planned for his team on a particular month. Management work for u.s people, and we Indians here have to die for u.s coverage. U.S people won't support by employing more people on their working time coz cost for a FTE in u.s is highly paid than in India. So u.s people are making use of our people to work on this timing zone. So that we are cheap labours.... And the worst part is supervisors and managers here are supporting u.s people by ignoring our people. You have to forget about work life balance of you join in this company, coz as I said your shift timings will b changed at any time by TL. And, especially AR team worst TL and Manager(who joined recently) worst humans in handing people in their team. I am currently working in this team and already one female employee left coz of their materialistic treatment. Looking for better opportunity outside now.... U will b treated only as a material and not as human... They gives you false commitment and gives goodies to cover their faults...

      Great place to Work, Learn and Thrive

      Pros

      In Zoominfo you can find a great place to become the very best of you. After two years at Zoominfo, starting in Junior position I feel like I came a long way to be what I'm today. I've being giving a lot of responsibility, safe place to share what is on my mind (professionally and personally) and a lot of tools and forms of work which I'll be taking going forward in life. In Zoominfo I have the place and time to become whatever I want to. The company encourage people to be better with courses, lectures, etc. Every developer, from junior to senior have a great impact on the products we deliver.

      changes inside the company is happening more often that I would like. whether it's changes in things we work on or changes in product we already implemented.

      Demanding and challenging. Quota attainment measured daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and yearly basis. Long 12 hours work is required on a daily basis
